Agriculture is one of the need of the hour. The total population is increasing and the farm land is reducing day by day. So its better to keep support to the farmers to do more with less inputs. We designed our Oricoms CRM to bring the best practices to the farmers through an integrated Mobile application, Web application and Communication channels like voice calls, WhatsApp, chat, email etc.

The portal is meant to be a single source of information on the market, organic farming, sales counters, weather updates, farming trends, agriculture products etc.
Apart from this a contact center is the centre of attraction of this project. Which would accept the query from farmers through mobile app, web , call and website. This would be answered with a Knowledge Management System( KMS). The second level escalation would be sent to the Researchers and Scientists to resolve.
We are working on the latest release of this application with integration of IOT and AI features to take inputs directly from the environment and provide the solutions.
