Oricoms effect on eGovernance.

Mass communication and accepting the grievances from the general public is always a headache for government machinery. Improper handling of public complaints will lead to chaos. Oricoms could be a better option to implement in government.

The problems may government faces as follows

1. A ticketing mechanism to log all queries coming in to the system through different communication channels like calls, emails , websites etc
2. Lack of follow-ups about the logged complaints
3. Overloaded with too much works and inquiries which doesn’t allow them to do the actual work
4. Proper updates to the beneficiary
5. Accountability and proficiency levels of staffs who dealing with queries
6. Traceability of the lodged queries
7. Resignation of knowledgeable work force
